The Womb Healing Session

A women's womb is the seat of her power and creative potential. Women birth the world into being through their wombs...in day-to-day life, through creative endeavors, through gestation and much more. Often this power is forgotten, harmed, imbalanced or unharnessed - which makes it extremely difficult to reap the amazing benefits of this sacred and powerful place in the body. 

Physically, your womb is your uterus. Energetically, your womb is your relational center that stores your 2nd chakra. Your lower belly and lower back are directly influenced by your 2nd chakra, including your reproductive/sexual organs and bowels/digestive organs. This area is governed by the element of water, which informs how you flow through your emotions, your life, your creative nature...and how energy flows through your body. This space in your body is influenced by your relationships, desires, pleasures and fulfilments in life.

Women are often misled to disconnect from the power of their wombs, which allows for energy of all sorts to easily accrue and become housed there. Your womb/2nd chakra can hold tightly onto woundings, blockages or traumas. If so, this directly limits your access, use, potential and embodiment of this sacred space. This can be a natural, however undesirable, occurrence for those who internalize energies, especially negative or stuck emotions. Stuck energies can easily be deposited, pushed down or stored in the womb space/2nd chakra. This may result from a medley of influences, including but not limited to, societal/ familial conditioning, past traumas, pains & many others. 

As a woman, you store energies in your womb, including emotions, experiences and relationships (not only sexual) that influence your well-being: physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.

Symptoms of imbalances in the womb space include, but are not limited to: hormonal issues, painful/irregular periods, PMS, infertility, low libido, pelvic/back pain, pelvic dysfunction, muscle tightness, bloating, constipation/diarrhea, food intolerances, low creativity, low energy, unfulfilling or unhealthy relationships, etc.

  The energetic, intuitive and shamanic healing techniques that I may use in a Womb Healing session include: energy clearing through the sacred burning of plants, gentle hands-on touch, reiki, abdominal massage, energy extraction & retrieval, communing with your helping spirits, ancestral/generational healing work, drumming/rattling, the use of essential oils, etc.
