Have you ever said the right thing at the right moment? Do the words pour out of you when you're in a certain headspace? Does your art make itself when you allow it? Can you discover clarity in complexity by 'tapping in' to a different wisdom or vantage point?

Do you feel as if an energy moves THROUGH you when you express yourself, in whatever way you do?

These are all examples of the infinite ways channeling can occur. When you act as a conduit for energy, there is a palpable vibration and current that moves through your body ~ deliverable as a transmission to the world. Channeling is an 8th chakra gift (the energy center above the crown) ~ it comes from an intimate connection to Source, Spirit, The Divine, God/Goddess, Your Benevolent Spirit Guides, etc.

In this weekend immersion, we'll be diving into the world of Conscious Channeling ~ where the channeler is fully aware of self/other, the current of energy, and the transmission. It requires finesse and practice to feel comfortable, attuned, and coherent while channeling. The overseeing intention of this immersion is to build capacity, awareness, connection, understanding, efficiency, and experience. You will develop a felt sense of how and what wants to be transmitted through you ~ while holding space for the channeling to be of the greatest and highest benefit to all.

In this immersion, we will discuss, explore and practice the following variations ~

• Conscious Channeling ~ connection to a higher source while speaking fluently + fluidly
• Intuitive Channeling ~ sharing Divine messages through your 'clairs' (intuitive senses)
• Mediumship Channeling ~ communication with the "Otherside": deceased loved ones, angelic beings, galactic beings, etc.
• Writing Channeling ~ stream of consciousness + automatic writing when in flow with a higher source

If time allows, we may also explore the following variations ~

• Musical Channeling ~ using your voice + instruments to play the music of Spirit
• Creative Channeling ~ when art becomes a means to transmit higher frequencies
• Somatic Channeling ~ when Spirit moves the body like an instrument

*We will not be working with Trance Channeling. During a TC, the transmitting energy temporarily occupies the individual's field as the individual's consciousness moves to the side ~ this moves away from the conscious presence we'll be cultivating together, so it falls outside of the scope of this immersion.

We will broaden our Conscious Channeling Landscape and Potentiality with practices such as ~

• Experiencing a variety of channeled energies + noticing how they communicate somatically with the mind and body while maintaining consciousness
• Filtering energies while consciously channeling
• Discernment and energetic hygiene ~ attuning to your field before, during, and after channeling
• Channeling with integrity ~ exploring ethical foundations, including consent, boundaries, and the sacred responsibility of being a conduit for others 
• 'Cold channeling' in mediumship ~ providing messages solely through an object, photo, or intention to connect to a specific person/guide
• Creating structure to intentionally channel specific deities, angelic beings, teachers in spirit form, etc.
• Shamanic Journeying to directly connect to benevolent helpers for channeling purposes
• The felt sense of receiving channelings vs. transmitting channelings ~ it's often reported that both parties feel positively moved in the process

In this luxurious 2-hour workshop, give yourself the gift of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Marinate in a sacred selection of Yin postures that are enhanced and empowered by timeless healing energy, sounds, songs and rhythms that open, soothe and tend to your soul.

Yin yoga utilizes gravity, surrender and the support of props to create shapes and sensations in the body that soften tightness and tension, increase flexibility, unravel energy centers and promote natural pranic (lifeforce) flow. Your extended Yin practice will be amplified by the harmonious cadence and frequency of shamanistic live percussion and vocals, including drums, rattles, flutes, chimes, a collection of 432 hz crystal bowls and a beautiful medley of healing songs, hymns and chants. Healing sprays, infused by various essences and oils, may also be used to support you to clear, calm and ground. The healing vibrations work on a cellular level as they create an environment for deep energetic repair and replenishment from the inside out. You will receive direct Divine insight, energy and healing as the sound currents cascade through you in a unique manner to nurture and nourish your entire being - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually!
