Our time together will include collective discussion, guided meditation, personal intuitive readings (shared via voice memo) and a variety of energetic and shamanic healing techniques.

FEBRUARY HEALING CIRCLE THEME ~ MESSAGES FROM YOUR BODY

If your body could talk...

How is your physical health? How is your self-image? Are there messages from your body that you are ignoring or avoiding? Your body is more connected to your inner truth than your mind, so creating stillness to listen to the body can reveal important revelations about your health, your

emotions, your relationships and your day-to-day life. This month’s meditation has the power to reveal health & weight hacks, Earth medicine suggestions, energetic healing, spirit / matter balancing, grounding, self-compassion, and inspiration for creating new habits.

Maggie will be leading the group into sacred space during meditation, as Shanin reads the energy of the group healing and each individual.

EVERYONE HAS THE VOICE OF SOUL!

Through vocal + instrumental frequencies, songs have the ability to bring us ‘there’, wherever there is, as their harmonic resonance pierces beyond the surface into the rich, timeless waters of the Mind, Body + Spirit. 

‘SOUL SONG’ is a shamanistic technique that bridges the gap between the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical layers of self where consciousness naturally alters through the use of percussive instruments, opening the passageway of the voice and allowing sound vibrations to carry healings and blessings through one’s space into another. When working with the voice in this way, Divine energy is deposited into the territory of the Soul, where ancient wisdoms and cosmic wonders dance freely.

By way of breath, tone and texture, vocal practice pulls energy through the chakras as higher vibrations are filtered through the body into an act of expression. The throat chakra, Vishuddha, is constantly in use via the voice, language and communication. When in alignment, this chakra creates feelings of immense freedom, truth and authenticity. Every energy center responds and participates in opening and unlocking the voice and throat ~ This is a FULL BODY PRACTICE!

In this workshop, we will awaken and cultivate the voice through techniques that prime the passageway, Mind, Body and Soul, for a powerful vibrational attunement, including ~ discussion, breathwork, vocal play, mantra work, call + respond chanting, shamanistic song, rhythmic percussion, energetic healing, guided meditation, shamanic journeying, connection to benevolent spirit guides, and more!

This ‘Sacred Practice’ will help you open and trust your voice through enhancing awareness and creating a shift in the negative patterning that contributes to resistance within. You may experience this through creative blocks, getting stuck in your head, clouding emotions (fear/doubt), the feeling of smallness, holding things in or back, and much more. 

This “self-care-and-repair” workshop honors the Spring Equinox ~ a time of natural harmony within duality which gives way for the rebirth and renewal of life, inspiration and creation.

Refresh your essence into the expansion of Spring as you give yourself the gift of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Marinate in a medley of carefully curated yin postures, empowered by timeless healing sounds, songs and rhythms that open, soothe and tend to your soul.

Your luxurious and extended Yin practice will be amplified by the harmonious cadence and frequency of shamanistic live percussion and vocals, including drums, rattles, flutes, chimes, a collection of 432 hz crystal bowls and a beautiful medley of healing songs and medicine chants. As the sound vibrations cascade through you, they will create an opening to receive direct and unique Divine insight, energy and healing that will uplift and expand your entire being in celebration of Spring!

This practice is deeply restorative and suitable for all levels.

Your womb space encompasses the 2nd chakra - the lower abdomen, back and reproductive organs - with associations to the heart and jaw.
