Monday Soul Flow @ 9:30-10:30a

 This class aims to expand your edges, soften your resistance, and cultivate balance on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Soul Flow rides the wave to yogic bliss using slower transitions and longer holds in poses for a deepened exploration into all parts of your being. Other yogic practices such as mudra (hand gestures), pranayama (breath practice), kriya (purification through heat building) and meditation may be woven throughout seamless flowing sequences to ground you and round out the experience. Ideally your daily movement, self-care and personal growth all wrapped up into one sweet 75 minute journey. All levels, as plenty of variations are offered throughout.

Friday Happy Hour Flow @ 5:45-6:45p

Join Soul Tree for a one-hour class designed to kick-off your weekend in a beautiful way! Shanin will lead us through a grounding yoga flow practice combined with elements of Shamanism and Tantra. Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition that improves overall connection, balance, harmony, and encourages a Life filled with greater ease; Tantra is an ancient yogic practice that embraces the aliveness and divinity in all things. Rinse off the week, and begin your weekend with intention, breath, movement, and community.

Thursday Barre @ 12-1p & 6-7p

 Kaia Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga and Pilates. The barre is used frequently to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. After each muscle group has been targeted, you will be lead through a series of stretches to increase flexibility and allow your muscles to recover.
