Fitness has been a crucial part of life for over a decade! From hiking to yoga, strength work to pilates, biking to plyometrics, I enjoy most all movement modalities in this field. I believe the way to truly balance, strengthen and optimize our bodies is through moving differently. Through keeping our bodies challenged and "guessing", we continue to advance our fitness and health and become the best version of ourselves that we possibly can be.

A variety of fitness modalities & exercises may be incorporated into your session. The specifics are dependent on your individual needs & goals, and may include: strength training/weight lifting, cardiovascular training, conditioning, functional training, balance training, endurance training, flexibility training, explosivity, and a general combination of push/pull exercises, plank/core work, hip hinges & squats/lunges
