Over the last half decade, I've taught countless yoga and meditation classes in both private and public settings. In my rich experience of this movement, wellness and mindfulness modality, I've seen firsthand the positive, personal transformations that ensue from a dedicated, consistent and enjoyable practice.
Today, I offer students an opportunity to deepen, or begin, their yoga or meditation practice through 1:1 sessions. Yoga is an amazing practice that connects the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of self together, all in one, for optimal health and balance. Yoga and meditation focus on deepening your relationship to your Mind, Body and Spirit via your breath. Your breath strings the light of awareness into each moment of practice, whether you are practicing in a challenging or relaxing way.
Private yoga sessions are an accessible bodyweight movement modality for most people. Those that are limited physically can still benefit greatly from the meditative and breathwork aspect of the practice. Sessions are tailored to match your individual needs and support your practice level. Private yoga sessions bring grace and balance into the dichotomy of softness, strength, effort and ease in Mind, Body & Spirit.
Sessions are ideal for: beginners needing proper support and guidance, athletes needing specialized care, those recovering from injuries, those looking to refresh or strengthen their practice, or anyone who would benefit from 1:1 specialized care

A variety of yogic techniques & styles may be incorporated into your session. The specifics are dependent on your individual needs, intentions & goals, and may include: Vinyasa Yoga, Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama (breathing retention & control) & Meditation (guided, visualization, breathwork, etc.)
